As you all know, the 2008 Dakar was cancelled due to terrorist threats. As a provider of racing footwear to the Team X-Raid, who was aiming for nothing less than a podium, we were of course disappointed.

Dear CMS Friends,
Just coming back from Birmingham where we participated to the Colin McRae Tribute at the Autosport Show 2008.
We were part of the sublime and very touching tribute that was put up by the Autosport Show and the McRae family to honour Colin's carrier.
It was a superb stand and we were able to display our latest products including our soon available Colin PRO FIA approved racing boot, its little sister, the Shakedown High (non FIA) available next week. We will update soon our shop to include these latest models and the Crew and a new colourway of the famous Shakedown Low.
The show was a great success and we would like to thank all who visited our area. The feedback and comments have been more than positive and it was fantastic to see so many people trying and looking for their own shoe size! We will post soon some pics of the show and once again, it was really nice and stimulating to get so many positive reaction to our products. Finally we are aiming to have our products availbale at selected retailers as soon as possible and we will post a message to inform where you'll be able to find your beloved trainers and racing boots!
